Replacement Airport Studies

Over the last two decades, Friedman Memorial Airport (FMA) has been the subject of numerous studies aimed at addressing the aviation demands and operational shortcomings at the primary airport for the Wood River region of Idaho serving the communities of Hailey, Bellevue, Ketchum, and Sun Valley. These efforts have been successful in addressing the fundamental issues that exist at FMA.
